    Terminal 21

The newest kid on the block is Terminal 21, which opened its doors in 2018. This highly successful shopping mall has branches in Bangkok and Korat and the Pattaya version is just as good.

Each floor of this prestigious new mall has its own theme, from London, Paris, San Francisco and Hollywood. You can find everything from fashion to electronic goods, and on the upper floors are a fantastic entertainment zone complete with cinema and a great selection of food outlets.

    Central Festival

Situated slap bang in the middle of Pattaya Beach Road is the impressive Central Festival Shopping Mall. Ever since it opened in 2009, Central Festival has been a haven for shoppers in Pattaya.

Central is the go-to mall in Pattaya as the range of goods available is outstanding.

Fashion also plays a big part in Central with global names such as Armani, Esprit and Calvin Klein. It also hosts popular department stores such as Marks and Spencer.

There is no mall that can compete with the fantastic food court and the sheer number of restaurants that Central provides. Cuisines on offer stretch from Lebanese, Italian, Korean to Japanese. And more.

    Royal Garden Plaza

Royal Garden Plaza was Pattaya’s original mall, until Central Festival opened and shook things up. The food court is located on the 6th floor and it overlooks Pattaya Bay, and seating is available on the outside terrace should you wish to take in the ambiance.

Royal Garden has great brands such as: Esprit, Guess, Swarovski and French Connection. It is also home to Ripley’s Believe it or Not Museum, Ripley’s 4D Moving Theatre and Ripley’s Infinity Maze, plus a Louis Tussaud’s Wax Museum on the 5th floor.

    Mike Shopping Mall

Mike Shopping Mall is huge and covers an entire block between Pattaya Beach Road and Pattaya Second Road.  Mike’s brand name is synonymous with great value basic shopping particularly in clothing. Many people consider Mike’s as Pattaya’s version of MBK in Bangkok.

These are just the most popular malls in Pattaya, there are other smaller ones that have their own distinct charms such as Harbor Mall, and Central Marina.
